Job summary

Guardian Dentistry Partners is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to elevate content across our network of dental practices. You will craft engaging short-form video, film on-site, edit Reels/TikToks, and build scalable strategies for 200+ practices.

You will train local teams, manage calendars, and travel to capture original content while collaborating with the marketing team to align campaigns and brand voice.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or related role.
• Strong experience creating and editing short-form video content.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools.
• Comfortable filming content using smartphones and basic professional gear.
• Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reels, trends, and platform best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Create engaging short-form video content, including Reels and TikToks.
• Film, edit, and publish content featuring doctors, teams, patients, culture, and brand personality.
• Identify trends and translate them into content for dental practices and GDP.
• Write engaging captions and social copy while maintaining practice voices.
• Build content strategies balancing national and office-specific content and maintain calendars.
• Monitor performance with analytics and continually improve content.
• Lead monthly virtual social media trainings and check-ins with practices.
• Teach offices how to capture better photos/videos and create engaging content.
• Develop simple content guides, prompts, and best practices for easy participation.
• Serve as the primary social media resource for practice teams.
• Identify offices and team members who are strong creators and scale their ideas.
