Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content production.
• HubSpot Marketing Hub Certification required.
• HubSpot Content Remix Tool Certification required.
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Later, Buffer or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

• Daily posting across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
• Create visuals and captions from ideas, feedback, updates and trends.
• Move fast to post volume and adjust based on performance.
• Tailor content for each platform while maintaining brand voice.
• Monitor engagement and spot patterns to drive growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to turn rough ideas into finished assets.
