Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of experience supporting organic social media for a company, agency, or mission-driven organization.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with work samples that show adaptable voice for different audiences and channels.
• Hands-on experience with major social platforms and scheduling/listening tools such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite.
• Working knowledge of social analytics and turning results into clear recommendations.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with designers, content partners, subject-matter experts, and senior stakeholders in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the enterprise social media calendar across priority channels for multiple business lines.
• Draft platform-appropriate copy and short-form content for behavioral health, education, and workplace topics.
• Publish, schedule content, maintain links and tagging, and perform final quality checks before posts go live.
• Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Content, Demand Gen, Product Marketing and leaders to gather inputs and convert plans into content.
• Monitor comments and messages; respond or route issues while following brand and privacy guidelines.
• Track channel performance; derive insights and adjust topics, formats, cadence, and distribution.
• Stay current on platform changes and audience behavior; test new approaches aligned with goals.
• Maintain organized content, approvals, and reporting for stakeholders.
