Job summary

ICUC is seeking a remote Content Specialist to moderate and respond to comments across clients' social channels. You’ll write engaging content, maintain brand voice, and help keep online communities safe and respectful.

You must be able to work overnights (12AM–8AM CT) or days (8AM–4PM CT) or evenings (4PM–12AM CT), with weekends as needed. This is a 100% remote role with opportunities to work with global brands.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English with cultural awareness.
• Experience moderating and engaging on social platforms.
• Ability to tailor writing to different brands/audiences.

Responsibilities

• Moderate and respond to comments across client social channels.
• Write thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and drive engagement.
• Ensure online communities are safe, respectful and aligned with guidelines.
• Escalate issues, insights, or trends to internal teams when needed.
• Be an extension of the client brands by understanding tone and audience.
