Qualifications

• Strong written communication in English and French
• Experience managing social platforms, moderating and engaging
• Ability to write for brands and adapt tone for different audiences
• Familiarity with major social platforms, including Facebook
• Ability to engage with diverse content topics (tech, retail, food, hospitality, tourism, health, pharma)
• Strong organizational skills, reliability and customer service instincts
• Access to reliable, high-speed internet for remote work

Responsibilities

• Moderate and respond to comments across client social channels using their brand voice
• Write thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and drive engagement
• Help maintain online communities that are safe, respectful and aligned with client guidelines
• Escalate issues, insights, or trends to the internal team when needed
• Build a strong understanding of client brands, including strategy, tone, and audience
