Qualifications

• 3–5+ years owning social media strategy and execution across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or similar).
• Proven track record of measurable channel growth (engagement, followers, traffic, or conversions).
• Experience building creator or influencer relationships proactively sourced through outbound engagement.
• Strong analytical instincts—interpret performance data, derive insights, and run tests.
• Excellent written communication with a consistent brand voice across audiences.
• Comfortable operating in real time: trend participation and community management.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Channel Strategy & Content: assign each platform a distinct role in the customer journey and translate priorities into platform-native formats.
• Trend & Cultural Fluency: spot trends early and ship content quickly with clear rationale.
• Content Production: publish native pieces across priority channels and build a scalable content engine.
• Real-Time Engagement & Brand Voice: model fast, human engagement while maintaining a consistent voice.
• Data & Performance Analytics: track engagement, follower growth, and conversions; test and iterate.
• Community & Creator Engagement: maintain fast response times and source creator partnerships.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with affiliate marketing, design, creators, and internal stakeholders.
