Job summary

Tiny Health is seeking a Social Media Manager to own its social presence end to end, across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and more. You’ll build a content engine and community practice that turns social into a core growth channel and aligns with company goals.

You’ll start hands-on across strategy, content and community, growing into a proactive, always-on practice while expanding beyond mom/baby audiences into adult gut health and longevity.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years owning social media strategy and execution across multiple platforms.
• Measurable channel growth with engagement, followers, traffic or conversions.
• Experience building creator or influencer relationships proactively.

Responsibilities

• Define each platform's role in the customer journey and tailor content accordingly.
• Spot emerging trends and ship platform-native content within days.
• Put out native pieces across priority channels and build a scalable content engine.
• Model best-in-class real-time engagement and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Track engagement, follower growth, and website sessions; run tests to improve results.
• Maintain community response times and source creator/partner relationships.
• Collaborate with affiliates, design, creators, and internal teams.
