We seek a Marketing Analytics Specialist to monitor conversations, analyze performance, and translate data into strategic recommendations for healthcare campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in marketing analytics in pharma/healthcare advertising.
• Agency pharma experience strongly preferred.
• Familiar with MLR/compliance in pharma marketing.
• Experience analyzing performance on Meta, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and Instagram.
• Proficient in social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
• Experience with social listening platforms (Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, or Sprout Social).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
• Strong ability to translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor online conversations using Brandwatch, Sprout Social, Talkwalker, or Sprinklr.
• Analyze sentiment, audience behavior, content performance, and emerging trends to uncover insights.
• Build dashboards for internal teams and client-facing stakeholders.
• Translate data into strategic recommendations to improve targeting, messaging, and campaigns.
• Partner with account managers, content creators, and strategy teams to support data-driven decisions.
• Research emerging trends in social media and healthcare/pharma marketing.
• Support reporting deliverables across channels with accuracy and clarity.
• Gather and interpret data from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and other channels.
• Develop regular and ad hoc reports evaluating campaign performance against KPIs.
