Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a passionate Social Impact & Community Relations Intern to support community outreach and CSR initiatives. This remote internship runs May 31, 2027 through August 6, 2027, with up to 40 hours per week, Mon–Fri during typical business hours.

Open to residents in SC and other eligible states. Responsibilities include supporting nonprofit partnerships, tracking social impact metrics, and assisting with communications and grant-related activities.

Qualifications

• Current student in a relevant field with junior or senior standing.
• GPA 2.5+.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing community outreach programs and volunteer events.
• Support partnerships with local nonprofits, schools, and civic organizations.
• Help track and report on social impact metrics and outcomes.
• Contribute to internal and external communications related to initiatives.
• Gain experience in CSR strategy and stakeholder engagement.
