ABCO Facility Maintenance is seeking a creative, results‑driven Social Media Manager to expand brand recognition and grow our social media presence remotely (12–15 hours/week). The role focuses on Facebook as the primary driver of growth, with Instagram growth as a key complement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• Proven ability to grow social media audiences and brand recognition.
• Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram algorithms, trends, and engagement.
• Experience creating short-form videos, Reels, graphics, and carousel posts.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools and platforms.
• Ability to develop social media strategies and present recommendations to management.
• Understanding of organic social media growth strategies.
• Creative mindset with ability to develop original, entertaining content.
• Ability to interpret analytics and use performance data to guide future strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and propose social media strategies focused on increasing followers, engagement, and brand awareness across Facebook and Instagram.
• Present proposed strategies, content plans, and growth initiatives to management for review and approval.
• Build brand recognition through consistent, creative, and engaging social media content.
• Create entertaining content including short-form videos, Reels, AI-generated videos, and graphics.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline and enhance content creation.
• Develop strategies to convert increased exposure into new followers and subscribers.
• Monitor analytics and report on follower growth, engagement, reach, and content performance.
• Evaluate campaign results and adjust strategies to improve performance.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule aligned with Abco's brand.
