ABCO Facility Maintenance is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to expand our brand recognition and grow our social presence. This remote, part-time role requires 12-15 hours per week with a flexible schedule.

Experience managing business social media accounts.
Proven ability to grow social media audiences.
Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram algorithms.
Experience creating short-form videos, Reels, graphics, and carousel posts.
Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools.
Ability to develop social media strategies and present recommendations to management.
Understanding of organic social media growth strategies.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop original, entertaining, and shareable content.
Ability to interpret analytics and use performance data to guide future strategies.
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsabilités

Develop and propose social media strategies focused on increasing followers, engagement, and brand awareness across Facebook and Instagram.
Present proposed strategies, content plans, and growth initiatives to management for review and approval.
Build brand recognition through consistent, creative, and engaging social media content.
Create entertaining and eye-catching content, including short-form videos and Reels.
Utilize AI tools to streamline and enhance content creation.
Develop strategies to convert increased brand exposure and content reach into new followers and subscribers.
Identify social media trends, audience interests, and opportunities to increase organic reach.
Monitor analytics and report on follower growth, engagement, reach, and overall content performance.
Evaluate campaign results and recommend adjustments to improve performance.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure all content aligns with Abco's brand and messaging.
