ABCO Facility Maintenance is seeking a creative, motivated Social Media Manager to expand our brand recognition and grow our social media presence. You will build awareness through engaging, shareable content and leverage AI-powered tools to develop videos, reels, graphics, and carousels that help ABCO stand out.

The role focuses on increasing Facebook followers while growing Instagram, with strategic planning, regular analytics reports, and a flexible, remote schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• Proven ability to grow social media audiences and brand recognition.
• Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram algorithms, trends, and audience engagement.
• Experience creating short-form videos, Reels, graphics, and carousel posts.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and propose social media strategies focused on increasing followers, engagement, and brand awareness across Facebook and Instagram.
• Present proposed strategies, content plans, and growth initiatives to management for review and approval.
• Build brand recognition through consistent, creative, and engaging social media content.
• Create entertaining and eye-catching content, including: Short-form videos and Reels.
• AI-generated videos, animations, and creative content.
• Static graphics and multi-image carousel posts.
• Memes, trending content, and shareable posts.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline and enhance content creation.
• Develop strategies to convert increased brand exposure and content reach into new followers and subscribers.
• Identify social media trends, audience interests, and opportunities to increase organic reach.
• Monitor analytics and report on follower growth, engagement, reach, and overall content performance.
• Evaluate campaign results and recommend adjustments to improve performance.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure all content aligns with Abco's brand and messaging.
