Job summary

ABCO is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to expand brand recognition and grow our presence on Facebook and Instagram. This part-time, remote role requires developing and executing engaging content using AI-powered tools.

You will propose social media strategies, monitor performance, and adapt campaigns to increase followers and engagement while maintaining ABCO's brand voice. Flex schedule and 12-15 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• Proven ability to grow social media audiences and brand recognition.
• Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram algorithms and trends.
• Experience creating short-form videos, Reels, graphics and carousel posts.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools and platforms.
• Ability to develop social media strategies and present recommendations to management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and propose social media strategies focused on increasing followers, engagement, and brand awareness across Facebook and Instagram.
• Present proposed strategies, content plans, and growth initiatives to management for review and approval.
• Build brand recognition through consistent, creative, and engaging social media content.
• Create entertaining and eye-catching content, including short-form videos, Reels, and AI-generated content.
• Develop AI-generated videos, animations, and other creative content.
• Produce static graphics and multi-image carousel posts.
• Create memes, trending content, and shareable posts.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline and enhance content creation.
• Develop strategies to convert increased brand exposure into new followers and subscribers.
• Identify social media trends, audience interests, and opportunities to increase organic reach.
• Monitor analytics and report on follower growth, engagement, reach, and content performance.
• Evaluate campaign results and recommend adjustments to improve performance.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure content aligns with ABCO's brand.
