You will propose strategies, execute approved plans, monitor performance, and refine tactics to expand reach while maintaining brand consistency and a flexible, 12-15 hour weekly schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop and propose social media strategies to increase followers and engagement on Facebook and Instagram.
• Present strategies and content plans to management for review and approval.
• Build brand recognition through consistent, creative, and engaging social media content.
• Create entertaining and eye-catching content, including: Short-form videos and Reels. AI-generated videos, animations, and creative content. Static graphics and multi-image carousel posts. Memes, trending content, and shareable posts.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline and enhance content creation.
• Develop strategies to convert increased brand exposure and content reach into new followers and subscribers.
• Identify social media trends, audience interests, and opportunities to increase organic reach.
• Monitor analytics and report on follower growth, engagement, reach, and overall content performance.
• Evaluate campaign results and recommend adjustments to improve performance.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure all content aligns with Abco's brand and messaging.
