Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a mid-level Creative Designer for a leading insurance client. This role focuses on social-first visual design, scroll-stopping multi-page carousels, infographics, 2D motion, and platform-native assets tailored to US audiences.

You will also edit short-form videos, repurpose longer assets, and craft fresh B2B concepts while maintaining brand governance across major channels and executive thought leadership programs.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in a social-first design role within a B2B agency or in-house (tech, professional services, insurance).
• Portfolio showcasing social storytelling, carousels, 2D motion/animation, and short-form video editing.
• Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud and understanding platform mechanics.

Responsibilities
