Go Fractional is seeking a Social Content & Partnerships Producer for DubClub. You will own content creation, publish posts, and develop recurring series that engage sports fans. You’ll work with cappers and the partnerships team to activate sponsored content and promotions, turning moments into measurable audience value.

You can work from Chicago or remotely within the United States; this contract-to-hire role starts at ~30 hours per week with potential full-time expansion.

Formación

• Love sports and betting culture; translate conversations into engaging content.
• Ability to create content yourself; provide short-form videos and posts with results.
• Strong creative instincts to hook viewers and integrate sponsors naturally.
• Bring ideas, follow through, and publish on schedule.
• Organized, responsive, and able to manage calendars and commitments.
• Experience in sports media, creator businesses, or agencies is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Own the content calendar, create, edit, and publish social content.
• Build recurring series, test formats, and iterate based on performance.
• Turn sports moments and cappers insights into shareable content.
• Collaborate with cappers and creators to produce quality material.
• Coordinate with partnerships for sponsored content and activations.
• Book guests for video programming and manage promotions.
• Track deadlines, follow up on promises, and report progress.
