Qualifications

• Experience creating and publishing social media content, especially short-form video.
• Strong understanding of sports betting culture and creator communities.
• Proficiency in video production and editing from concept to final publish.
• Ability to develop hooks and integrate sponsors naturally.

Responsibilities

• Own the social content calendar and develop, film, edit, and publish across channels.
• Create recurring series, test formats, and use performance data to improve engagement.
• Collaborate with cappers, creators, and partnerships to plan content.
• Coordinate sponsored content, affiliate promotions, and partner activations.
• Track performance and provide reporting and invoicing support.
