HirexHire, Inc. is seeking a Social Content and Partnerships Producer in Chicago to own the client’s social media content creation and support commercial partnerships with engaging, audience-driven content.

You will develop concepts, produce and publish short-form video, build recurring series, and coordinate sponsored content with creators and the partnerships team. This hands-on role requires collaboration with sports handicappers and brand partners to grow awareness and drive engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and publishing social media content with a portfolio of personally produced work.
• Strong understanding of sports and sports betting culture and creator communities.
• Proficiency in video production and editing from concept to publication.
• Ability to develop hooks, maintain audience attention, and integrate sponsors naturally.
• Experience managing a content calendar, coordinating projects, and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with creators, teams, and partners.
• Hands-on, proactive approach to ideation and execution with adaptability.
• Familiarity with social media analytics to inform content decisions and demonstrate results.
• Experience in sports media, sports betting, creator-led businesses, startups, or agencies is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own the social content calendar and personally develop, film, edit, and publish content across social channels.
• Develop recurring content series and test formats to improve engagement and platform awareness.
• Turn trending sports moments and insights into shareable content.
• Collaborate with cappers and creators to develop ideas and coordinate production.
• Partner with commercial team for sponsored content and branded activations.
• Coordinate guest bookings for programming, affiliate promotions, giveaways, and partner communications.
• Manage timelines, creator schedules, and partner deliverables; flag delays.
• Track performance and revenue attribution; provide reporting and invoicing support.
• Refine creative approaches using audience feedback and partner insights.
