Job summary

Ethos Brand Studio, a Boston-based brand and web design studio, is seeking a Social Content Creator for two clients to bring their Instagram narratives to life. This part-time, hourly contract runs October through December 2026, with room to grow into 2027.

You’ll edit Reels, design on-brand carousels and posts, and craft captions in each client’s voice. You’ll schedule content, engage with audiences, and share monthly performance notes while collaborating with a small, empathetic, remote team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years creating Instagram content for brands or small businesses (agency or freelance).
• Strong short-form video skills, with Reels that hold attention.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• A clear, natural writing voice you can flex across different brands.
• Organized, proactive, and reliable with deadlines.
• Bonus: familiar with Asana; Boston-area proximity for occasional on-site shoots.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form Reels from client photos and video.
• Design on-brand carousels, single-image posts, and Stories.
• Write captions that sound like each client, not like a template.
• Schedule posts and maintain each client’s content calendar.
• Respond to comments and DMs, and engage with relevant accounts.
• Share simple monthly performance notes on what's working.
