Job summary

Ethos Brand Studio, a Boston-based brand and web design studio, is seeking a Social Content Creator for two clients to bring their Instagram narratives to life. This part-time, hourly contract runs October through December 2026, with room to grow into 2027.

You’ll edit Reels, design on-brand carousels and posts, and craft captions in each client’s voice. You’ll schedule content, engage with audiences, and share monthly performance notes while collaborating with a small, empathetic, remote team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years creating Instagram content for brands or small businesses (agency or freelance).
• Strong short-form video skills, with Reels that hold attention.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• A clear, natural writing voice you can flex across different brands.
• Organized, proactive, and reliable with deadlines.
• Bonus: familiar with Asana; Boston-area proximity for occasional on-site shoots.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Ethos Brand Studio is looking for a Social Content Creator to bring two of our clients to life on Instagram. You'll work closely with our Managing Director, who leads social strategy and client communication, to turn each brand's story into content people stop scrolling for.

This role is perfect for a creative, organized content creator who loves the making side of social and takes pride in polished, on-brand work. We're looking for someone with a strong visual eye, a natural writing voice, and reliable follow-through.

This is a part-time, hourly contract role running October through December 2026, with room to grow into 2027.

• Comfortable working with remote teams and integrating feedback thoughtfully (bonus if you're familiar with Asana)
• Bonus: based near Boston and available for occasional on-site shoots
• Bonus: an eye for interiors, outdoor spaces, or home and lifestyle content

Compensation

This is an hourly contractor role, starting at $40-$45/hour depending on experience. On-site shoots, if needed, are scoped and paid separately.
