Job summary

Fusion Consulting is seeking a skilled Data Modeler (Snowflake) to support the integration of regional data warehouses into a centralized Snowflake-based data platform for our pharmaceutical clients.

This mid-level role requires strong Snowflake physical modeling and SQL skills, collaboration with data engineers, governance alignment with Collibra, and delivery of scalable, well-documented data solutions in a global, remote-ready environment.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience as a Data Modeler or similar role.
• Proven Snowflake physical data modeling and SQL expertise.
• Experience with Data Vault 2.0 is required.
• Familiarity with Collibra or other metadata governance platforms.
• Experience with AWS services, especially S3, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Snowflake physical data models for scalable platforms.
• Translate conceptual models to Snowflake schemas, tables and views.
• Collaborate with data engineers to refine ETL/ELT processes.
• Align models with governance standards and metadata with Collibra.
• Document all modeling and transformation logic for traceability.
• Support performance tuning of data pipelines.
• Work in a distributed, global environment with stakeholders.
