Machinify, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Medical Review Audit (Clinical) to lead a remote team of clinical auditors focused on SNF audits and PDPM/MDS compliance.

The role requires a licensed nurse with SNF reimbursement experience, capable of driving performance in a remote setting. You will supervise audit activity, ensure accuracy, provide coaching, and collaborate with QA and client teams to maintain high standards and tighten processes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted nursing license in good standing.
• 3+ years direct patient care, including skilled nursing or post-acute care.
• 2+ years medical record audits or clinical reimbursement review.
• 3+ years supervisory/leadership experience; remote staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a remote team of clinical auditors and set productivity and quality expectations.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and provide feedback; escalate as needed.
• Lead regular remote team meetings to align priorities and maintain engagement.
• Oversee SNF audits and ensure PDPM classification accuracy and MDS coding quality.
• Collaborate with QA to translate audit findings into actionable feedback.
• Support capacity planning, onboarding, and client requirements as needed.
