Job summary

Machinify seeks a Medical Review Audit Supervisor to lead a remote team of clinical auditors focused on SNF audits. The role requires an active RN license with SNF/post-acute care and PDPM/MDS 3.0 knowledge, plus strong leadership to drive performance and maintain audit quality.

You will oversee reviewer performance, training, and collaboration with QA and client teams in a dynamic remote environment, ensuring accurate reimbursement determinations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with SNF/post-acute care experience.
• 3+ years in medical record audits and SNF Part A claims.
• Strong leadership, performance coaching, and remote team management.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a remote team of clinical auditors; set productivity/quality expectations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching; escalate issues through HR/Leadership.
• Lead remote team meetings to align priorities and maintain engagement.
• Monitor time, attendance, and scheduling per policy.
• Coordinate training and onboarding for new audit staff; calibrate PDPM classifications.
