Job summary

Machinify is seeking a Senior Medical Review Audit Supervisor to lead a remote team of clinical auditors focused on SNF assessments and PDPM classification. The role requires an active RN license, 3+ years in SNF/post-acute care, and 2+ years of medical record auditing with a strong track record in supervision.

You will drive quality, accuracy, and CMS-compliant findings while coordinating with QA and leadership to meet SLAs in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted nursing license in good standing.
• 3+ years direct patient care experience in SNF or post-acute care.
• 2+ years performing medical record audits or MDS review.
• 3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience, remote staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a remote team of clinical auditors; set productivity and quality expectations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching; escalate concerns via leadership/HR.
• Lead team meetings and manage time attendance and scheduling per policy.
• Oversee SNF audit programs; ensure PDPM, MDS coding accuracy and CMS compliance.
• Collaborate with QA to translate audit findings into actionable feedback.
