Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted nursing license is required.
• 3+ years of direct patient care experience, including skilled nursing or post-acute care.
• 2+ years performing medical record audits or clinical reimbursement review in a payer, provider, or SNF setting.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a remote team of clinical auditors and audits staff; set productivity and quality expectations.
• Oversee SNF audit programs including PDPM classification and MDS coding accuracy.
• Provide reporting on team performance and collaborate with QA, Appeals, and segment specialists.
