Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a fully remote Smile CDR Administrator for a short-term healthcare interoperability contract in the United States. You will manage Smile CDR environments, monitor health and performance, and support CMS/ONC regulatory initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in healthcare interoperability and 3+ years of Smile CDR admin experience, with strong FHIR R4, REST APIs, SMART on FHIR, OAuth 2.0, JSON, XML, SQL, Linux, and scripting skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare interoperability.
• 3+ years hands-on Smile CDR administration.
• Strong knowledge of HL7 FHIR R4, REST APIs, SMART on FHIR, OAuth 2.0, JSON and XML.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Smile CDR environments, modules, partitions, repositories, channels, and security settings.
• Monitor platform health, availability, capacity and performance, addressing issues proactively.
• Support CMS and ONC regulatory/interoperability initiatives.
