Job summary
Sigma Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced Smile CDR Administrator / Platform Engineer for a 3-month contract.
This hands-on role focuses on administering, configuring, monitoring, and supporting an enterprise healthcare interoperability platform in a 100% remote setting. You will manage Smile CDR environments, support HL7 FHIR-based APIs, troubleshoot platform and integration issues, and ensure secure, reliable operations aligned with CMS and ONC interoperability programs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years administering or supporting Smile CDR.
- Strong knowledge of Smile CDR architecture and operations.
- Experience with production healthcare interoperability platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot Smile CDR configuration, performance, and integration issues.
Responsibilities
- Administer Smile CDR environments across Development, Test, and Production.
- Configure modules, repositories, partitions, security, and API settings.
- Support FHIR R4 repositories and SMART on FHIR implementations.
- Monitor platform health, performance, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot data ingestion and integration issues.
- Assist with upgrades, maintenance, and incident resolution.
- Collaborate with architecture, security, and DevOps teams.
