Job summary

RADgov Inc. is seeking a Smile CDR Administrator/Platform Engineer for a 100% remote role.

The candidate will administer Smile CDR environments, support FHIR APIs, and lead platform operations and security for CMS and interoperability programs. The ideal candidate has extensive healthcare interoperability experience, strong Smile CDR expertise, REST API skills, and Linux scripting capabilities to ensure high availability and compliant implementations across Development, Test, and Production

Qualifications

5+ years of healthcare interoperability experience.
3+ years administering or supporting Smile CDR.
Strong knowledge of HL7 FHIR (R4).
REST APIs and SMART on FHIR experience.
OAuth 2.0, JSON and XML familiarity.
Solid SQL and database fundamentals.
Experience with Linux and scripting.
Experience with production healthcare platforms.

Responsibilities

Administer and configure Smile CDR environments across Development, Test, and Production.
Manage Smile CDR modules, partitions, repositories, channels, security, and API configurations.
Support FHIR R4 repositories and SMART on FHIR implementations.
Monitor platform health, performance, availability, and capacity.
Troubleshoot platform, API, and data ingestion issues.
Configure and support REST APIs and integration endpoints.
Partner with architecture, engineering, and business teams on interoperability initiatives.
Support CMS, ONC, and related interoperability programs.
Implement security controls, access management, audit logging, and compliance.
Create operational runbooks and deployment procedures.
