Job summary

LSI, Inc. is seeking a Subject Matter Expert—Tech/Operator II (CMV-22 Powerplants) to design, develop, review, and test training solutions for military platforms. The role involves delivering technician and operator training in accordance with contractual specifications, standards, and instructions.

You will work with engineering and production teams to create desktop software, simulators, and training devices, and may lead SMEs during inspections and device deliveries. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of experience directly related to the area of expertise in the maintenance or operation of systems and subsystems for project assigned.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance when required by the contract.
• Remote work for qualified applicants will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a SME for development and delivery of training solutions for technicians and operators.
• Works with engineering teams to analyze, design, develop, and deliver simulators and training devices.
• Leads training conferences and reviews; travels as needed for data capture and device testing.
• Develops training curriculum and courseware and presents to customers.
• Oversees and aids in assembly of training devices and conducts inspections.
