Job summary

Prevailance, Inc. is seeking an LVC System Support subject matter expert (SME) to coordinate training events and ensure interoperability between systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in training and operations within Navy and USMC environments.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance. Benefits include medical and dental insurance, 401(k) matching, and an education reimbursement program.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years’ experience as a trainer/evaluator.
• Experience conducting Amphibious Ready Group / Marine Expeditionary Unit (ARG / MEU) staff planning and operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with training audience during unit, staff, and fleet training events.
• Provide synthetic training program expertise and advice.
• Develop training scenarios and exercises.
