Job summary

LSI is seeking a SME-TECH/OPERATOR I to design, develop, review, and test training solutions for CMV-22 powerplants and to train technicians and operators. You will work with engineering and training teams to create desktop software, CBTs, and simulators, while guiding production staff and ensuring quality and safety in a dynamic environment.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least four years of related maintenance/operational experience, and strong English communication

Qualifications

• Must have good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Four years of related experience in maintenance or operation of systems and subsystems.
• MS Office proficiency and basic technical reading ability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for development and delivery of training solutions for military platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering and training teams to design, develop, and deliver CBTs, desktop software, and simulators.
• Provide technical guidance during development and implementation phases.
• Assist in developing testing documentation and user/operator manuals.
• Ensure proper handling of training devices and compliance with ITAR/CUI requirements.
