Job summary

Wonderschool is seeking an Account Executive to sell its childcare management platform and fintech solutions to operators ranging from in-home providers to multi-site centers. You will own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close in a remote/hybrid role with strong inbound and outbound activity.

This field sales role offers uncapped commissions, a competitive base, and CRM-driven forecasting.

Qualifications

• 2+ to 6+ years of B2B or SMB sales, ideally selling to small business owners or operators.
• Experience selling SaaS or fintech solutions is a plus.
• Strong CRM discipline and ability to manage a full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, demo, close, handoff.
• Sell Wonderschool's childcare management platform and fintech solutions to operators of all sizes.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline through inbound follow-up, outbound calling, and field activity.
