Job summary

JLL is seeking a Digital Deployment Engineer to join our Global Digital & Transformation Team. This hands-on role deploys and integrates advanced technology across complex facilities portfolios, working with clients, operations teams, and internal tech groups.

You will implement smart building platforms, data-driven workflows, and enterprise integrations, shaping how buildings perform and delivering scalable solutions worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development, systems integration, technical implementation, or solutions engineering.
• Experience with enterprise software platforms and integration technologies.
• Experience in client-facing or field deployment roles.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure technology platforms across client facilities including CMMS/IWMS, BMS, IoT sensors, energy management systems, and workplace applications.
• Build integrations between building systems, ERP, HR, finance, and operational tools using APIs, middleware, and custom code.
• Develop automation workflows for maintenance scheduling, work orders, incident management, and service delivery.
• Implement data pipelines to consolidate data from disparate systems into analytics environments.
• Configure dashboards and reporting tools for facilities teams and client stakeholders.
