Job summary

C3 Insurance is seeking a Client Manager (Small Group) to manage relationships with small group clients within the Employee Benefits team. You will collaborate with Producers and CE to tailor marketing strategies, review coverage lines, and pursue new business with current clients.

A Life & Health license is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. The role offers a competitive salary range, 100% employer-paid benefits, and opportunity to work from home/remote with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of expertise in client services or benefits/insurance.
• Proactive with deadlines and cross-team coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and math proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain technical matters clearly.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for small group clients, building relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Producer and CE to understand client needs and marketing strategies.
• Support producers in securing new business opportunities with existing clients.
• Train and mentor team members to develop skills and knowledge.
• Oversee marketing efforts, review quotes and coverages for competitiveness and accuracy.
• Prepare proposals and summarize marketing results with Producers/CE.
• Ensure carriers/vendors are notified of client decisions and correctPlacements.
• Review contracts, EOCs, and summaries for accuracy.
