Telespeech Therapy INC. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to work remotely in California, supporting licensed SLPs in an outpatient clinic.

The role emphasizes implementing treatment plans, collecting data, documenting progress, and collaborating with families and other professionals to promote effective communication outcomes. Applicants should hold an Associate’s degree and an active California SLPA license, with CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field.
• Current California Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Previous experience with pediatric and/or adult patients in outpatient/rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions in the outpatient clinic.
• Utilize evidence-based intervention strategies for SLPA scope of practice.
• Collect treatment data and monitor patient progress.
• Maintain timely documentation and comply with policies and regulations.
