Job summary

The Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) at Telespeech Therapy, Inc. supports licensed SLPs in our Bakersfield outpatient clinic, delivering direct therapy to patients across the lifespan under supervision.

We offer a flexible schedule (full-time or part-time), competitive hourly pay of $35.00–$45.00, and AI-assisted documentation tools to streamline care, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant practices and a collaborative, patient-centered team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited SLPA program or related field.
• Current, active California SLPA license.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience with pediatric and/or adult patients in outpatient settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy under supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and document progress.
• Collect data, maintain records, and collaborate with families and healthcare team.
