Job summary

Fullmind is seeking a Part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver teletherapy to K-12 students under a 1099 contract. The role is fully remote, with assignments aligned to the 2026-27 school year and a flexible Monday/Wednesday/Friday schedule.

An active SLP license and reciprocity willingness are required, and candidates must be able to work in the United States. As a Fullmind educator, you’ll provide virtual instruction, assess students, and guide them toward course completion.

As a Fullmind Speech Pathologist, you will:

• Deliver engaging, high-quality speech and language instruction through Teletherapy (Telespeech), building the same rapport and momentum as an in-person therapist would
• Evaluate students' speech and language levels and translate findings into clear, actionable goals
• Design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's IEP
• Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with the rigor districts require
• Partner with school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators, to keep everyone aligned on student progress

Requirements

• Must have an active SLP license from the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH). And a valid Related Services license from the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB). Or willing to pursue reciprocity
• Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held
• Experience with telehealth platforms for assessment and teletherapy delivery in a school/IEP context
• Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, private/distraction-free workspace
• Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
