Job summary

Fullmind is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for remote, 1099 contract work aligned with the school district calendar. You will deliver virtual instruction and collaborate with teachers, case managers, and families to support student outcomes.

Responsibilities include evaluating speech and language levels, developing treatment plans, documenting progress, and ensuring compliance with FERPA and IDEA regulations within a school setting.

Qualifications

• Master's in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• California SLP License or equivalent credential (CL-879 or ASHA CCC-SLP).
• Live Scan fingerprinting completed for Fullmind.
• In good standing with licensure, no disciplinary actions.
• Experience delivering telehealth services in school/IEP context.
• FERPA-compliant tech setup: stable internet, webcam, headset, quiet workspace.
• Knowledge of IDEA and California special education law/Ed Code.

Responsibilities

• Promote creativity and engagement in virtual learning environments.
• Develop strategies to engage students and nurture relationships.
• Evaluate speech and language levels.
