Job summary

Fullmind is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a fully remote, 1099 contract role in the United States. The PT will serve students via teletherapy, following school district calendars, with immediate start dates based on placements.

The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers and families, development of IEP-aligned plans, and remote data documentation. Prior NPTE completion and NY licensure are required.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Active NY State Physical Therapy license.
• NPTE certification completed.
• HIPAA-compliant teletherapy experience and reliable tech setup.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to collaborate remotely.

Responsibilities

• Promote creativity and engagement in virtual learning.
• Develop strategies to engage students and families.
• Evaluate gross motor function, mobility, strength, balance, and function.
• Develop and execute treatment plans addressing student needs.
• Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals.
• Meet school personnel to report student progress.
