Integrated Sleep Care, a Pivotal Health Company, is seeking a Remote Sleep Care Coach to support CPAP therapy patients. This 100% remote role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST and a pay rate of $20-$23 per hour, depending on experience.

You will educate, motivate, and support patients to build healthy sleep habits, improving sleep quality and overall health. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivate, encourage, and support patients.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfort using computers, web-based platforms, and remote technology.

Mansioni

• Provide education and coaching to patients using CPAP therapy.
• Encourage long-term therapy adherence through motivation and support.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to patients and caregivers.
• Respond to inbound patient and caregiver inquiries.
• Document all patient interactions in electronic systems.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and quality initiatives.
• Remain available during scheduled work hours.
