Northwood University, America's Free-Enterprise University, is seeking a CRM Administrator to provide leadership, technical expertise, and day-to-day administration of Slate in support of enrollment, recruitment, admissions, and engagement goals. As part of a distinctive, mission-driven community that develops free-enterprise leaders, this role will help strengthen the digital systems and experiences that connect prospective students, current students, and University partners with Northwood. The CRM Administrator is responsible for optimizing CRM performance, managing user access and system configuration, developing workflows, queries, reports, dashboards, and communication tools, and ensuring accurate data flow across Slate, Colleague, and other enterprise systems. The position will also identify opportunities to use automation and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, communication, reporting, and decision-making. Through training, documentation, troubleshooting, and responsive support, the CRM Administrator will help strengthen CRM adoption and effective Slate use across the University.
Remote work may be available for the right candidate. This position requires the flexibility to be on campus in Midland, Michigan, periodically and as business needs require, including for key University initiatives, partner engagements, team collaboration, training, and Slate-focused events or summits.
