Transcom is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to support customers from a home office. You will answer questions about products, explain formulation changes, and recommend related items. The role involves handling safety reports and collaborating with influencers while tracking feedback to improve offerings.

We seek candidates with strong English communication, reliable home setup, and willingness to work 32–40 hours weekly in a structured, remote environment. Prior skincare experience is a plus.

Competenze

• 18+ years old or older.
• High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Full-time 32–40 hours per week with overtime as needed.
• Adherence to a fixed schedule.
• Ability to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong computer knowledge and ability to type 25 wpm.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to follow procedures and policies.
• Experience in customer service, skincare, cosmetics preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist customers with product questions and provide recommendations.
