Superior Skilled Trades (SST) is seeking a motivated Skilled Trades / Construction Industry Recruiter to source, interview, and place top talent for high-profile accounts. This fast-paced role demands exceptional sourcing, organization, and communication, with the ability to adapt to changing needs throughout the work week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting skilled trades/construction roles.
• Heavy sourcing skills with hunter mentality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work under pressure.
• MSP/VMS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking.
• Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience from start to finish.
• Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements.
• Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines.
