Job summary

Allstate Corporation is seeking an experienced SIU Desk Investigator to conduct complex fraud investigations across Auto, Homeowners, and Specialty Lines. This remote desk-based role manages multiple investigative tasks, including claim review, coordinating with vendors, and providing recommendations to support claim decisions.

A significant portion of the caseload may involve Bodily Injury claims; prior exposure to Bodily Injury claims is preferred.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking and strong investigative reasoning are essential.
• Experience in Bodily Injury and complex insurance claims handling.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough investigations and gather admissible evidence.

Responsibilities

• Enters SIU claim data into multiple SIU systems and maintains case notes.
• Reviews investigations with fraud outcomes to validate denial decisions.
• Updates files with investigation outcomes and reassigns to MCO when needed.
• Conducts complex online data searches, site inspections, and surveillance as needed.
• Documents findings with clear notes and supports claims decisions with analysis.
