Red Hat, LLC is seeking a Telecommuting Site Reliability Engineer to develop and implement code and scripts that enhance the reliability and scalability of services across established parameters.

You will participate in code reviews, collaborate with teammates, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure service continuity and quick incident response. This role emphasizes automation and continuous improvement within a remote U.S. work model.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Python, Kubernetes, Linux and cloud tooling.

Mansioni

• Participate in code reviews and testing to maintain code quality.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve processes.
• Engage in on-call rotation to respond to incidents.
• Deliver incident response and postmortem documentation.
• Assist in resolving customer issues escalated from support teams.
