Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps/Platform/SRE at scale.
• Deep AWS, IaC (Terraform), and Kubernetes expertise.
• Excellent Linux command line skills.
• Experience with sharded MySQL and Vespa search.
• Security compliance and DDoS mitigation experience.
• Strong ability to communicate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain high-scale AWS infrastructure.
• Maximize uptime and respond to incidents quickly.
• Scale and troubleshoot MySQL and Vespa search layers.
• Build zero-downtime CI/CD pipelines (Terraform, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, CodeBuild).
• Automate provisioning and maintain clear docs with tests.
• Enforce security controls and DDoS protections.
• Optimize cloud costs without sacrificing performance.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
