Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day logistics across multiple sites and vendor networks, ensuring the safe, timely supply of goods and equipment to support operations. Under the guidance of the Logistics Manager, you will organize inbound/outbound freight, warehousing, and last-mile delivery while coordinating with site teams, transport providers, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Support: Monitor, review and initiate resolution of issues raised to the central inbox and stakeholders.
• Operations & Execution: Organise daily third-party logistics operations including inbound/outbound freight, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Provide information to stakeholders for quick decisions and support logistics performance reporting.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and accuracy; participate in team meetings and training.
• Accountabilities: Provide updates to stakeholders regarding delivery status, delays and logistics issues; training of site staff.
