Job summary

Flourish Research in Boca Raton is seeking a Site Director to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and ensure regulatory compliance across clinical programs. You will own the P&L, manage a team of operations managers, and implement best-in-class processes to support the site’s growth.

You will collaborate with Quality, Risk, and Medical Affairs, mentor staff, recruit leaders, and help shape the site’s strategy while maintaining FDA/ICH and HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, nursing, or healthcare management.
• Minimum five years in operational leadership managing site-level leaders.
• Minimum eight years in a clinical research role.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, HIPAA and sponsor protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site performance, budgets, and EBITDA targets.
• Lead, mentor, and engage a team of operations managers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity across the site.
• Collaborate with Quality, Risk, and Medical Affairs.
• Drive staffing planning and process improvements.
