Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Site Care Partner to act as the face of the client at investigator sites across US locations. You will manage site activation, start-up activities, and ongoing site support to ensure recruitment success, data integrity, and patient safety.

This role requires frequent collaboration with regulatory bodies and cross-functional teams to maintain site readiness throughout study lifecycle. The candidate will drive site-level engagement, coordinate with study management, and uphold

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN required.
• 5+ years as a site monitor, with oncology focus.
• Ability to travel up to 75% on a regular basis.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational point of contact for site-level questions and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Review site monitoring reports and assist with ICD revisions and submissions.
• Support site activation activities, PTA, SIV, ICD finalization, and activation checklists.
• Ensure site readiness for FSFV and monitor readiness with the site monitor.
• Collaborate with regulatory and site activation partners to meet country requirements.
• Maintain communication with investigator sites to track recruitment, data entry timelines, and study milestones.
