Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Site Care Partner to support investigator sites across the US. The role focuses on ensuring site readiness, startup activities, and effective communication between sites and the client, safeguarding study quality and patient safety throughout the lifecycle.

You will coordinate site initiation, activation checklists, PTA outputs, and ongoing site recruitment, while partnering with country trials teams to ensure timely regulatory and operational deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in oncology site monitoring and study start-up.
• Proven ability to manage site activation, GSSO processes, and PTAs.
• Strong regulatory knowledge across countries.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Proficient computer skills and adaptability to new tech.

Responsibilities

• Act as operational point of contact for site level questions.
• Review site monitoring reports.
• Support ICD revision and submission.
• Maintain system alignment across platforms.
• Oversee site deliverables to study targets.
• Coordinate with study management and process owners.
• Ensure site activation activities and training per checklist.
